"We had a great stay at Kico's place. We were 2 adults and 2 children (3 and 6) and everything was as we could hope for. Kico was very helpful in any regard, the pool was nice, there was a lot of nature and the place is very close to the airport and to Mahón - and it was easy to get around on the island from there."

The house is as seen at the pictures, the environment marvellous. The interior and exterior spaces don't miss anything. A real little paradise. Recommended to have a car for the visit. The summer, it is too hot to move along by foot. Kico is very responsive, everything is simple.
La maison est conforme aux photos, l'endroit est magnifique. Les espaces intérieurs comme extérieurs ne manquent de rien. Un vrai petit paradis. Prévoir un véhicule pour visiter. L'été, il fait trop chaud pour se déplacer à pied au quotidien. Kico est très réactif et prévenant, tout est simple.

Kico is a very warm hearted person. Friendly, very helpful, reliable, fast answering when you have questions. He is a perfect host and gives you always the feeling to be welcome. The house and area is stunning! The beautiful original/originate historical elements were kept and combined with modern aspects.The renovation was very successfully. The house is very very big. Especially the kitchen is very spacious, very good for many people sitting there together. The area outside is beautiful with a big beautiful natural garden and a great pool. Especially the little poolarea for very young kids was perfect for our 16 month old son. You can also make outside a barbecue and have lots of space to relax there. It is a very quiet natural area in a beautiful little village. Because of being in nature don't forget to bring things to protect yourself of mosquitoes. Just a few minutes by car to get to Lidl and other supermarkets. Maó city is also very close. To get to binibequer Vell or binibequer beach in the south 15 min. By car. Return just 10 minutes. We can highly recommend this unique beautiful accommodation and host Kico! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Kico est un hôte très attentionné et vraiment adorable. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans sa maison très authentique, spacieuse, en profitant de la grande piscine très bien entretenue. L'endroit est tout à fait au calme, mais en même temps très proche de Mahon, ce qui se révèle bien pratique.
Kico is a very caring and really lovely host. We had a great stay in his very authentic, spacious house, taking advantage of the large, very well maintained swimming pool. The place is quite peaceful, but at the same time very close to Mahon, which is very practical.
